The greatest company with more than eighteen thousand stores across the world is the Walmart company. In the United State, the company owns stores exceeding five thousand. The Walmart company is the largest firm in producing highest revenue and the widest importer of the United State products. It assists in the highest contribution and boosting of the United State trade nationally. It traded in the public family-owned enterprises since it is directed by the Walmart family. It emerges the largest retailer grocery in the U.S in 2016. The company is important since it deals with activities like the grocery, craft and the recreational to sporting goods. The profound collections they provide to the customers is highly appreciated. Additionally, the firm functions in a three-dimension style within the state where every neighborhood is tailored to its customs.

The company is very important to the society around them since they started the Walmart basis and commitment to fight and to do away with poverty within the United State. The firm functions in a popular tri-retail style which include the Discount stores, Supercenters, and the neighborhood market. The commodities such the non-grocery items are mostly sold by the Discount Stores. The formats are operated differently in different stores in non-similar countries such as Canada, Brazil, United State and many others. The operation in the financial in 2009 shows that they operated around 8,000 stores in about fifteen countries which contributed to their end year revenues. The company is based on the IFRS since it is approved by the International Accounting Board and has the mandate to set the standards. The firm believed that there are important benefits that can be achieved if firms are operating under the same valuable rules and standards to the communal and legal reporting (Michelson, 2013). The Walmart company which competes globally has a numerous of benefits which include the standardized reporting systems, effective accounting training, and the skill in the financial statement evaluation. These benefits are also minimized according to the countries regulatory system control to the adoption of the IFSR in which the countries operate. When the consistency is not achieved in reporting standards, it reduces the benefits of the company. Presently, the company has not detected any benefit in starting the adoption of the IFRS under its operation.

The implementation of the new set of changes in the accounting standards within the U.S seems to be very difficult and complex to operate. Therefore, the decision should not be made based on benefits and the possibilities. The information collected about the IFRS does not give full understanding on its impacts on conversion thus making the firm to have doubts. The impacts on the current alterations between the U.S GAAP and the IFRS on the financials reports compared to the IASB which rotates globally and result to non-uniform establishment.

The accountabilities of the outside auditors regularly rely on the firm unlike in Walmart company, where the core activities like gathering and data analysis are determined by the financial level (Quin, 2010). The auditors serve the advantageous role to the company and the stakeholders. They always give the numerical analysis towards the simplicity and the effective use of the company's accounting policies. The financial position offers analytics and creditor using the firm assets. Finally, it is beneficial to assess the company's financial position since it assists the firm to determine its capabilities in fulfilling the short-term and long-term responsibilities.
