ePortfolio Showcase (Week 7)
Create a video by using (http://screencast-o-matic.com/home) ,
(https://u.osu.edu/chow.57/2014/07/03/record-your-screen-w-quicktime/) or another presentation video
application to showcase your e-portfolio. The length of the entire video should be between 3 and 5
minutes. Work under 3 minutes will not earn full points .
Your presentation must include: Personal Introduction to your ePortfolio
The titles of your pages and what they contain (brief); a more in-depth look at each page while navigating
the page and talking about the content (more in depth, but keep the time limit in mind).
A reflection stating three final takeaways you obtained from this course
How to submit
Share your video here. Your post should consist of these two elements:
1. The URL of your ePortfolio.
2. In the post, either embed your video (preferred) or enter the link to your video. Please do not upload a file
that must be opened in an application. For example, do not upload a PowerPoint file with narration. A
common browser (i.e., FireFox, Chrome) should be expected as the only application for watching your
video.
This video assignment and discussion post need to be complete by 11:59 pm on Friday. Your responses to
peers should be complete by 11:59 pm on Sunday.

take to make their ePortfolio even better than it already is.
Tips: Local screencast video + (http://www.youtube.com/) : If you generate a local screen recording file (i.e.,
using QuickTime to have an mp4 file), you may need a place that allows you to upload your video and share it
to others. A suggested tool combo here for Mac users is QuickTime + Youtube. Click

the uploading feature of Youtube.
