Evaluation of a US environmental health law; Student’s Selected Topic: Clean Air Act (CAA)

ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH LAW & POLICY MID TERM PAPER

Mid-term paper (summary and analysis of a law). Students individually prepare a 4-page evaluation of a US environmental health law. The paper should include four sections:

(1) its origin and history,

(2) its scope, application, and the principles involved,

(3) a description of the student’s judgment about the major strengths and weaknesses of the law in practice, and

(4) a description of the equity / environmental justice implications of the law.

Mid-term paper is DUE MARCH 15th @ 11:59pm

Note on writing papers. It is expected that all papers will be researched and referenced appropriately. Text book chapters alone are not sufficient and Wikipedia is discouraged. All written work will be checked for plagiarism, with a zero tolerance policy if detected.
