Today is the first day of my behavior improvement. My goal is to eat breakfast four to five times a week. Because my current lifestyle is to eat only once or twice a week. People in our country believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It needs to provide the energy you need to start the day and this is a good control of your biological clock. I also hope to get rid of my bad habit of lazy sleep by eating breakfast regularly.
Today I woke up at nine in the morning and ate white porridge, the most traditional breakfast in our country. This is a kind of rice with more soup, which will digest and absorb the stomach in the morning. With a fried egg, it feels very good today.
