Sunrise Higher Secondary English Boarding School is facing the increasing numbers of late payment from the guardians for student tuition fees. Guardians have to visit school reception personally for making the tuition payment for their children. All the information is being entered manually by a person while making the payment. Most of the guardians being busy with their personal work, they cannot visit the school on time to make the payment. The only way to make the tuition payment is by visiting the organization. Due to lack of time to visit school to make payment, numbers of late payment have increased which has affected the school money management. The increasing numbers of late payment has also affected the buying of essentials materials to students.

I would like to introduce online payment system for school to solve the problem of increasing numbers of late payment. Online payment system will be faster, easy and convenience to use. This will also save lot of expenses on papers and stamps for school. This will also be available for 24 hours and 7 days a week. This helps guardians to make the payment at any time they are available. They can access the tuition fees information online and make the payment using the card information. Online payment system also attracts more students for school as it is easy to make the payment for guardians. It also helps organization to make the budget separation easy.

Online payment system will save lot of time for guardians and students as they dint have to visit school personally. It will also provide more protection for payment provided by guardians.
