You did an excellent job following the scoring guide criteria and meeting the assessment requirements. I really enjoyed evaluating the assessment and appreciate your hard work and effort. I was wondering, from doing this assessment, have you changed anything in your own practice to ensure quality of care is delivered and that patient safety is of priority? Thank you for identifying evidence-based and best practice solution, however, a greater explanation of the strategies is required along with a connection to how cost is impacted when there are med errors. Parts of this section were unclear due to lack of citations to support your discussion. For a higher performance level, be sure to support your discussion with relevant literature.
