Q3: (40 points)

You are assigned a task of designing a thermometer to monitor the temperature of every student accessing the campus of a university or school using RFID tags. The government and the management should approve the design. Data privacy of students must be maintained. When the temperature of a student exceeds 38 degree Celsius, the medical unit on campus will be informed. The device should support a temperature range of -10 to +45 degree Celsius. The price of the thermometer should not exceed 10 KWD and the size of the tags should not exceed 5 cm. An accuracy of less than 0.1 degrees is required to assure that the measurement is correct and the student is safe. The temperature sensor can operate under a supply voltage ranging from 0.6 to 1 V. The deadline to accomplish the design is end of August 2021.

Your objective is to design a temperature monitoring system using RFID tags to be sold in Kuwait and exchanged with the GCC.
