We should avoid simply copying and pasting our thesis statements or leaving out essential elements from our thesis statement.

In order to persuade our audiences, we must understand our audiences. You’ve shown how your appeals involve your evidence or your supporting points, but not both. Remember, the relationship between a piece of persuasive writing and its audience is symbiotic: The persuasive writing needs an audience to persuade, the audience has needs, and the persuasive writing must clearly attempt to meet those needs by using both evidence and supporting points that develop tailored audience appeals.

Feedback is something that every writer needs to make their work as effective as possible.
