Topic Sentence: There should be a system in place that would require a more advanced background check in order to purchase weapons.

· Main Point 3: Create a system to have a more in depth investigate someone’s background

· Supporting Research: Henigan, (2018). The flaw that has received the most attention is that federal background checks are required only for sales by licensed gun dealers, allowing transactions between private persons to occur with no check at all. In multiple other ways, though, the federal system reflects a core premise that, unless abandoned, will always limit its effectiveness: The background check law prioritizes easy access to guns by law-abiding gun owners over efforts to ensure that violent people do not get guns.

· Main Point 3: Invest in body cameras for security personnel and not just for law enforcement personnel.

· Supporting Research: According to THE APPTIMES, Fortunately, a study conducted by the Urban Institute, a U.S.-based socio-economic research group has found proof of exact ROIs from installing security cameras. In the study, one control area which was installed with 500 cameras that cost a total of $8.1 million enabled the said area to save a total of approximately $12 million in criminal justice costs, resulting in savings of $1.50 for every dollar spent. One other control area showed even greater results, with total savings of around $4.30 for every dollar spent.

Topic Sentence: Must think about hiring more security personnel to provide security and make places safer.

This personalized program allowed his guards to move up in their careers to patrol officers or managerial positions, and, eventually, on to police academy and active duty law-enforcement.
