Legalize Commercial Sex Working

The current society is full of ethical issues which need addressing. Ethics can be said to involve making systematic, defending and making recommendations of the concepts of the right or wrong conduct in the society (Peters, 2015). One of the most common ethical dilemmas in society is the issue of commercial sex working. My view is that sex working should be made legal. The legalization of the commercial sex working will lead to the safety of our women and men in society. This is because it will enable those that practice it does in a way that is safe and professional.

Commercial sex working is just like any other job in the society whereby someone does to earn a living. Therefore, this issue should be brought up on board and be made legal to enable the practitioners to their work and fend for themselves and reduce the dependency ratio in the society. however, this should be done with precaution through licensing to prevent the minors from indulging in the business. After all, licensing ensure the government gets revenue through taxation.

Secondly, the legalization of the issue will ensure healthy lives for the sex workers healthier and easy It is important to keep in mind that the sex is our relatives who we would love to have normal lives like the rest of the society. through legalization of this services, the incidences of sexual transmitted infect will be sorted out people will openly get access to the condoms for protection.

The third reason is that the action of legalization will reduce the incidences of violence and sex crimes. Studies have should that it reduces rape among other sexual crimes as one can always seek for the sexual services at the way at a reasonable fee.

In conclusion is evident that from the reasons provided among others, the legalization of the commercial sex working will solve a number of problems in the society and especially the lives of the woman in the society. this is because they will be doing a legal job and also with professionalism just like any other jobs.
