Lack of commitment to the company’s growth.

Committed employees are competitive and therefore high productivity within the organization. In order to enhance commitment trust, security and knowledge should be enhanced. Trust essentially ensures that there is proper communication channels among employees thereby providing good relationship within a workplace.

Cut in employees salaries, this is done as a measure to ensure that employees will be committed to the company’s growth.This should also be done transparently so that employees can understand the reason as to why such is happening.

Tenure in an organization

Position in an organization can bring various impacts in loyalty. certain positions within an organization gain respect and honor regarding the roles they are required to execute.

Employees at this level often feel like they have their own management schedule and fail to follow the organization’s code of conduct . A manager can freely leave his place of work once he feels he has completed his duties for the day ,despite incomplete working hours
