What would you do if you saw an employee treat another employee in a discriminatory manner?
I will keep an open mind by investigating complaints of an employee being discriminated to know whether it is true. I will interview the employees who are involved in the discrimination .I will start by talking to the employee who is treating another employee in a discriminatory manner. I will get details of what he or she did to the other employee or did, when and where and, if there was another employee involved. Then talk to the employee who was treated in a discriminatory manner. Moreover, I will interview anyone who witness the discriminatory act. Then follow the established procedures for an employee who was treating another employee in a discriminatory manner (Goldberg, 2012).
What would you do if you saw an employee treat a customer in a discriminatory manner?
I will know what is going on between employee and customer. I will investigate to decipher whether the discrimination to customer was in form of unfair treatment or untimely service. Moreover, I will interview any witness whose employee discriminating customer. Then I will take appropriate action against the employee who discriminated customer.

What can you do to minimize discrimination in the classroom?
I will involve students to understand discrimination in the classroom. I will invite a guest speaker to talk to students about how other students feel when are discriminated. In addition, I will increase self-awareness and self-reflection among students. They need to understand ethnicity, gender, race, and social-economic status affect them individually (Goldberg, 2012). Students should be aware of how to treat their peer who comes from various background.
