Firm X is experiencing some challenges. To help leadership better understand those challenges, I’d like you to research one of the following topics:

1. Green Building

Firm X is thinking about changing some of its stores to reduce the company’s carbon footprint. Green building (making buildings more environmentally friendly and resource efficient) can be an expensive process. At the same time, green building could help the company’s reputation and brand. I’m looking for information about green building: What are the pros and cons for our business?

2. Communicating

Firm X wants to be a more diverse and inclusive brand. I would like you to do some research on how we can improve communication across different age groups. Do different management or communication styles work better for different age groups?

3. Technology Distractions

Managers say their employees are distracted by technology at work. This screen addiction can cause employees to lose focus and fail to provide basic customer service. At the same time, new technologies connect with customers and can help employees in their work. I would like more information about how other companies handle this issue.
