Profile of an English Learner
Directions:
The purpose of this profile is to get to know your students through “get to know” interactive and fun activities. It can be done through ice-breaker activities, all about me, story-sharing, etc. You will NOT interview your students in order to complete this form, or ask the teacher/site coordinator to provide the data directly about the students because of confidentiality and protection of the student. If you were not able to get answers to some questions, it is acceptable for the practice of this project. After your tutoring, please type your answers on this document.
