Mission/ Purpose |
To establish a coffee house for Mr. and Mrs. Cage. The project is to be complete within eight months this is a part of the expansion efforts for the Nick cage coffee franchise. |

SOW |
The construction project is being undertaken to establish a new coffee house. The new coffee house is scheduled for completion by the 29th of January 2020 so that the Cage franchise may open the shop to the public during the first two weeks in the month of February. High h level deliverable is a functioning full-service coffee house.

Objectives |
1. To construct a high-quality, state of the art coffee house within 8 months at a cost not exceeding $460,000. 2. This will be built form sustainable sourced material wherever possible and include all the features in the deliverables list. 3. All HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), landscaping, finish work, including inside and exterior doors, interior and exterior cabinetry and doors and door and cabinetry hardware, bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, counter tops, backsplash material and flooring. 4. Buyer will select bathroom fixtures, kitchen and storage room fixtures and appliances as specified on contractor’s detail schedule. 5. Contractor has included a $10,000 lighting allowance. All lighting requirements that exceed the allowance will require submittal of change request to the contractor.

Business Need |
1. This project is being undertaken to establish a coffee house for Mr. Cage. There are no coffee houses in the area, and this will fill the gap creating revenue from a captive audience.2. The new coffee house is a countryside shop for Mr. Cage and will be located at 200 North Maple Avenue, Sacramento, California 20001-5637. |

1. Project expected finish by the 21st of February 2020.2. Project cost must not exceed $500,000.3. House design must conform to the client’s blueprint and preferred architectural design that was agreed upon.4. Renewable energy source should be able to generate energy that rates between 17000 KWH – 20,000 KWH.5. Floor must meet the insulation requirement of an ‘R’ factor of 25. |

High-Level Project Assumptions 1. Technology – Assumed that the proposed technology will not be outdated on completion of the project. 2. The community will be more than willing to contribute to the success of the project. 3. Availability or human resources with the desired qualifications. High-Level Project Constraints 1. Costs: Anticipated budget is $460,000. 2. Time: Expected possession date – 29th January 2020. 3. Space: An outlined design has been produced by the architect to meet the client’s space requirements.Exclusions and Boundaries 1. Providing sewage, natural gas, electrical power and water services to the site. 2. Owner responsible for landscaping. 3. Refrigerators are not included among kitchen appliances and will need to be purchased separately as a business expense.
