The American census data depict that only 3% of the married male stay home all the time with their families while only 23% of married women opt to stay home all day to be with their children. This statistics clearly portray the need to find quality and affordable child care to the parents in the workforce. Career parents depending on their economic prowess are thus faced with the challenge of selecting their ideal daycare options form the informal and formal sector. The informal child care include but not limited to leaving children in the care of grand parents, friends, relatives and baby sitters: (Driscoll & Nagel, 2008).
This classification accounts to about 40% of children while the formal childcare sector accounts to approximately 30%.The formal options available to parents include but not limited to children day care centres, family day care home, head start and preschool. A survey by parent readers that targeted working parents with their children under child care reported 84% having challenges of affordability and access. Another campaign also reported that 66% of working parents find sourcing it a great challenge to access affordable quality health care.
Infant care despite being expensive lacks federal regulation in terms of quality and safety standards. It’s therefore imperatives for caregivers to undergo health and first aid courses enable them perform their duties diligently. There is need for the harmonization of state laws to aid in the registration and regulation of child care. Caregivers should strive to develop comprehensive and child centered programs that will help in children’s welfare and brain development. All this coordinated effort should be well integrated to guarantee the social, mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of a child (Driscoll & Nagel, 2008).

The 21st Century has been characterized with digital disruption. This is a development that has affected how financial institutions operate. They have leveraged technology in creating efficient and faster online payment gateways, mobile banking and mobile wallets. These developments have however faced constant threats of cybercrime where criminals use computing devices to exploit weaknesses in the systems with a motive of harming people or organizations. This article serve to evaluate the awareness of people on the various types of cybercrimes as well as the actions they would face in the event they are culprits.
The article discovers the respondents the respondents understanding of various types of cybercrime from the highest to the least popular included hacking, Trojan attack, virus, worms and email spamming. A survey conducted depicted that 25% of internet users are victims of social media hacking and pornography. The article further evaluates users’ preference I safeguarding their online privacy and security. Users reported to changing their password frequently. Using antivirus and firewalls. I have appreciated the depth of research in the article and will use the information in the article to enlighten my colleagues, siblings and friends on cybercrime ("A Study of Cyber Crime Awareness for Prevention and its Impact", 2017).
