In data collection, different sources are used which makes the evaluation of the data more easier for an evaluator. The first commonly used data source in the primary source. This source includes other methods such as observation, experiments and personal interview which is a one on one conversation. To me, I can refer this kind of source because during evaluation it can be very easy for me to evaluate. This method of gathering data to me is time-saving and also they are not costly during evaluation.it is good for me because it can enhance my creative thinking.
Then I can also use the secondary sources of data collection such as books review, journal, and magazine articles. I can refer to use these sources in my evaluation because they are less expensive to use and also and also the amount of work expected to be done in the evaluation is less thus making it economical.it is also able to save my time due to its nature(Wilson, 2019).
Finally, I can use tertiary sources of data in my evaluation .tertiary sources are like dictionaries, guidebooks, directories, and encyclopedias. I can opt to use this kind of sources because they do not consume a lot of my time since they are already analyzed and summarized. I can also decide to use it because they have been organized and compiled from the other sources thus making it easier for me to evaluate(Popescu, 2015).
Asking of question is one of the most commonly used ways of gathering information during an interview all over the world .there are also different ways of asking the question. One of the ways is the open-ended questions. This kind of question can be asked to anyone in an organization, such as administrators and recipients. The more one asks more question the more he or she can gather more information. To me, I can ask the targeted population which is the administrator and recipient several questions are such as.
To both, I can ask them, how much experience do you have in your job? This kind of question can enable them to give me more information about their experience in terms of the period they have worked in their job. The second question I can ask them is, how do you handle employees who l do not have enough experience and skills in your job? This question can help them to tell me their attitude towards others and also the organization and how they usually help such characters. Thirdly I can ask them, what are the challenges which you usually face in your job? This question can lead them to include their feelings and understanding towards the job and different people they had come across them in the process of performing their duties.
I can also ask them, how your relationship with your employer? This question can help me to know if the relationship between them and the employer is effective. How does it affect the organization, is it positively or negatively and finally is everyone happy with the relationship or is there anyone how is not comfortable with the situation. Another question which I can ask then is, how do you usually handle stress and pressure from the organization and also out of the organization? This kind of question can enable me to know how mature they are and also how creative they are as well as how they can covert negativity to positive to achieve their goals. The next question can be, how do you usually handle change in your organization? This question can enable me to know this can help me to know if they can cope with changes in the organization. It can also help me to know if they can react to change or respond to change in the organization. Then I can ask them, how has the organization helped since you joined it? This question can enable me to know if the organization has influenced their lives positively or negatively. Due to this, I can be able to speculate on the next step which they can take towards the organization. Finally, I can ask them, what can make you quit your job? This question can aid me to know how principled they are and their attitude toward the job(Reneman, & Strackee, 2012).
From the research, I expected to know the administrators' and recipient's experience and how effective it is in the organization. I was also looking forward to knowing their attitude towards the job, supervisors, junior employees and also customers. The research was also to help me to know if they can give a solution to different challenges in and out of the job. Finally, the research was to help me to know their attitude towards the job and how the job has affected their lives(Jones, Torres & Arminio2013).
During data collection processes, there are different challenges in which a researcher comes across them. This kind of challenges can affect the process to a certain level. Some of the challenges are insufficient to finance. Finance is one of the most important aspects used to accomplish the process. Insufficient finance can lead to insufficient research or inappropriate research. Another major challenge is the communication barrier. This challenge can lead to misinterpretation of the information or lack of accuracy in the research. It can also lead to time-consuming in the process as one strangles to understand the other. Finally, there is the challenge of coming across the people who are not willing to disclose their private information. This can lead to a wastage of time as the researcher takes time in persuading the interviewer to disclose the private information. This also can lead to wrong information being given to cover-up the right information thus making the research insufficient. According to the research I expected to come across the above relative challenges or more different challenges.
In an organization, effective communication is very important among all the people.it can be downward or upward communication. Communication with the stakeholder is an upward mode of communication. This kind of communication helps one to attract finance which can be used to achieve projects and investments. This can also lead to great friendship which can be extended even outside the organization. This can be achieved in different ways. The right format should be applied at the right time to the right audience at the right place. This is to make sure that they are accuracy in communication with the stakeholders. Also one should create a good relationship outside the place and work meetings. This can make effective and more extended benefits among all the involved personals. Finally, all the issues should be addressed immediately when they arise and be open-minded. This makes sure that there is clarity and also makes it easier for the creation of solutions in case of a problem. This also leads to a sufficient workforce. From the research, I expected to know the most effective ways of establishing and maintaining the communication towards the stakeholders(Li & Tomás2018).
After data has been collected, finally a report is given out for the process of the research to be effective and complete. During data reporting, one should be prepared before reporting, one should ask for the clarification on ant point which he or she does not understand. If one is so fast in talking he should slow down or maintain a pace that is good for the audience.
