Anecdotal Record:
The involvement by the child was seemingly quite enjoyable and relaxing for both parent and child. As observed the 5 year old boy was playful, he was making mold structures and kicking around his ball. The mother was quite relaxed because other children were also at the beach. The interactions between the child and other children in the beach was encouraging because he seemingly wanted to socialize and speak with the other kids. Their interaction was subject to several speeches and talking that was often characteristic of name calling and shouting ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Anecdotal Record:
During a visit to the shopping mall, I was able to accompany the mother and the son. During this visit, the boy’s interaction with the environment was promising of better understanding of the surrounding. The boy was shouting and calling upon her mother to pick up some preferred food commodities. He was also able to run around the mall. When the mother failed to provide a commodity needed, the son was usually shooting and crying and indication of emotional growth. When leaving the mall, the boy offered a candy bar to another child they met at the mall entry ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

The boy is active after getting from bed and is quite joyful to engage in routine chores. The mum and Ryan are playful on the couch
Ryan wants to go outside on the homes yard. He is happy and shouts out mumbling names. Other children are also outside and this makes the boy excited. The boy is walking and running without stumbling or falling
The boy is involved in various games in the homestead grounds. The games played is mainly football and chasing of each other as well as animals and birds. The boy is able to recognize and identify with the surrounding
The mother decides to take the son out on a picnic at the beach. The activity was characteristic of playfulness and the son seen to be keen to enjoy the mood. He was playing with sand and also identifying with other children in the beach The visit to the mall was much interactive with Ryan running around selecting food products preferred to him. He was pushing the trolley and seemed not to mind being left alone. The mother was however very keen to always ensure the boy was safe and by her vicinity. |

Anecdotal Record:
The participation by Ryan in game activities is always quite frequent. Their home yard is quite large and in the estate, he is always with other toddlers of her age. During this day, they were playing football with other young children and seen to be running but often falling on the soft grass. The boy is always with the mother mostly with the father being busy as a traveling business agent. I wonder if such limited interactions with the father would impact the development stages of the child. The environment and culture is quite supportive and has been influencing the child development progress
