Dear Mr Perry:
I hope that you are doing well. I’m writing to you regarding the instructional video that you put up on YouTube on How to Wall Mount a TV to Metal Studs. I watched your video and felt that the content was good, as well as you did a nice job to address a prevalent issue.
The video was well organized. However, I felt that you could have shown us how you found the exact centre of the metal studs. Do not get me wrong, you did a good job to elaborate on how we can find and mark the centre but I thought it would have been better if the camera angle showed us how you marked the edges and centre of the studs.
The style that you used in your video is exemplary because we can understand everything that you are doing and explaining. For example, when you talk about a Driller Toggle, we can acknowledge what it is and how to use it. However, I feel that you could have told us where we can purchase the supplies that you are talking about, for example, the fasteners to mount the TV on the studs.
The picture quality is stunning. The camera was steady, and the zoom was perfect because we do not have to strain to see what you are doing. When drilling the studs, I think it would have been better if the camera angle was direct so that we see what it looked like. Also, I recommend that you give us an exact measurement when you are talking about sizes. For example, there was a part where you said we should use a small drill, how small is small?
The delivery was recommendable. Your voice was clear, and we can hear every word that you are saying. However, you could display the step-by-step process on the screen while you are doing it.
I hope you would consider my feedback. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me anytime. I look forward to watching more of your videos.
Sincerely,
