Current date Bobby has tolerated the patching very well. His mom notes that with or without patch he no longer tilts his head.

EXAM: Appears to prefer fixation with od, unable to get good fixation with os Definite right hypertrophia but unable to determine which muscle is at fault.

IMPRESSION: 1. Right hypertropia, etiology uncertain.

2. Occlusion amblyopia o.s.

PLAN: 1. Occlude o.d. half time.

2. Return one week.
