Discussion Section:

Go ahead and state the themes you identified here so your reader will know what to expect.

I would use a different word here. E.g. indicates.

Start a new paragraph here and add an introduction sentence. You are introducing a different idea.

Also, lack of money since they are on fixed incomes.

This paragraph skips around in ideas. Revise to have it flow better from one idea to the other.

Nice point.

Revise for flow. Maybe something like, "Older adults are able to provide aid to save fellow citizens"

Very interesting...

Methods Section:

This sentence should go in last paragraph of your introduction section.

Remember not to use first person in technical paper

What were your key words?

What databases exactly did you use?

You do not need to describe this process.

You really don't need separate headings within the section. You just need to use your transitions sentences to move from paragraph to paragraph.

This is not needed. Here you need to describe your inclusion and exclusion criteria. Such as types of studies you included, what timeframe these studies were carried out. Did you focus on articles in the US or did you include articles internationally, etc. What was your process of review? Did you start out with the titles, then move to abstract reviews? Did you find additional articles by looking in the reference sections of other articles?

Don't use bulletins. List the search terms and include the number of articles yielded with each search string.

Introduction Section:

I have not heard this term. Please cite your source.

Redundant word. Use something different such as happen.

A discussion heading should not be in your Introduction section.

This should go at the very end of your introduction

I am thinking you are referring to a hospital or a clinic setting. The Healthcare system is not a brick and mortar building but encompasses the actual facilities as well as the personnel and processes, etc.

Keep this first part for this section, The rest of it is out of place. You don't introduce it and I am wondering why it is here.

Keep this paragraph

I am not sure why you have a conclusion section in your Introduction,

Is this one of the articles you are reviewing? If so, it needs to go in your Discussion section.

Again, is this an article you are selecting for review?

I am not sure why this is here. There is not a good transition.

Again, this should be in your introduction if you are selecting it for review.
