Article 2

A person who is self-employed and does not work for their parent's firm is called an

entrepreneur. They are embarking on a new endeavour, but the process of beginning a new

venture has never been more straightforward. Entrepreneurship is characterised by a wide

range of qualities and characteristics. Nonetheless, there are some characteristics and traits

that are considered essential or important in an entrepreneur's success. One of the most

essential characteristics of entrepreneurs is that they are not afraid to take risks–this is the

most important component of becoming an entrepreneur because entrepreneurs are risk

takers. Risk-averse entrepreneurs have small chances of success, whereas entrepreneurs who

aren't afraid to take risks have a high possibility of succeeding in their endeavours (JAMES

E, 2015).

Not all risk takers, on the other hand, wind up being successful business entrepreneurs. Even

if there are various attributes that contribute to the success of an entrepreneur, passion and

motivation are most likely the most important of these characteristics. When it comes to

innovation, it is all about producing a novel notion that can be used to start and grow a firm

while earning a substantial amount of money. Any entrepreneurial company's ability to earn a

profit and achieve financial success is dependent on the amount of capital it has available.

Because capital is restricted until that time, it must be used as efficiently as possible until

then (Hornaday JA, 2018).

Entrepreneurs that are successful make financial plans for their current and future financial

obligations, as well as for the future of their company and the establishment of an emergency

fund. Businesses with a high level of success have a diverse variety of skills and

competencies.  Ability to deal with money–If business owners do not have a management

system in place to deal with their money, they will find it difficult to maintain control over

their company. A person's capacity to recognise his or her own abilities and flaws– as a

business owner, an entrepreneur does not need to be good at everything, but he or she should

be aware of his or her own strengths and shortcomings (JAMES E, 2015).
