· Access

Saudi government supports privatization that will lead to more investments in healthcare and increase the number of healthcare facilities to cater for a larger population (Alshuwaikhat & Mohammed, 2017).

Providing training and development for physicians, nurses and healthcare providers will ensure that hospitals are better equipped to respond well to population needs (Alomary et al., 2016).

The future of healthcare in Saudi Arabia is oriented towards innovation and advanced healthcare technology that promote for telemedicine for better access of healthcare services (Shaqrah & Noor, 2018).

Universal health coverage to all Saudi citizens ensures that all have the right to access healthcare services they need (Al-Hanawi, Alsharqi, Almazrou & Vaidya, 2018).
