NEED to crate a schedule with more details, please see the sample below, create one with for the Employee workstation upgrade project and share the .mpp file that you created along with screenshot.

Develop a project schedule using an appropriate template in MS Project (please use MS Project and save the file for sharing)

· Things to include:

· Auto scheduling

· Resource names (make them up!)

· Dependencies

· Logical construction

Also on the stakeholder register:

The position is the Stakeholder permanent job.  The role is what the stakeholders position on the project team, that temporary organization.  For example, my position is Sr Technical Project Manager.   My role on projects is usually IT Project manager. No one is hired in to be a sponsor, for example.
