You are the Project Manager for an architectural design consultancy. You are leading a team of 4 people. Your company has been asked to put forward a proposal for to rebuild the twin towers that were detroyed in the 9-11 attacks.

You are leading a sub project. The objective is to design and build a scale model of the proposed development. The model will be approximately 1.5. metre tall and represent what the exterior feature of the building looks like.
