You will need to recruit a friend or family member to help you complete this project. Write a maximum of 2-page paper on the eating habits of your friend or family member. This paper should be completed after you have taken the mid-term exam and not before you have completed LearnSmart modules for Chapter 8, Nutrition. The paper should be a 2-page reflection on that person's eating habits and how they compare to what they should be doing to live a healthy life. Included to earn full credit for this assignment - you MUST include a log of the foods and drinks the person consumed for the day, including serving sizes for each food item, an analysis of where the person is making good choices and recommended changes and additions for their diet. Utilize a Blackboard-compatible document (i.e. MS Word, PDF, etc) and upload the document as an Assignment in Blackboard.
