E-Commerce presence
E-Commerce presence includes many steps in order to get reliable business vision
as following:
- a statement of mission;
identification of the target audience;
characteristics of the market space;
a strategic analysis;
marketing matrix;
a development timeline;
the preliminary budget.
Under these steps, I tested my new website called shoppery.online and I realized some mistakes in my preliminary budget and my revenue models.
I had a general idea of my e-Commerce business to generate revenues by several models such as advertising on social media and affiliate marketing and I spent enough money only for two of them.
Now, I know that I must renew my plan by adding some models of subscription and sales to understand my real target audience.
