I. Video conferencing has become one of the most excellent tools in business that help keep teams connected. It saves time on travel, improves productivity, and improves meeting attendance. All of this can improve the company's bottom line.

A) It is important to note that 89% of users say video conferencing helps them feel connected (Modality, 1).

B) The importance of video conferencing for employees forced to work from home and how critical it is to invest in this collaboration tool.

a. traveling to another location or simply corralling employees into a conference room, it can take a significant amount of time for attendees to even get to a meeting (Bayern, 2). 

b. Fuel saving on company vehicles

a. By sharing screens and getting real time feedback from a group.

b. Can replace confusing or misunderstood emails

c. Get right to work on corrections and changes

3. Improves meeting attendance

a. Meeting attendees will retain more information and comprehend it more effectively than if you held the meeting via audio (Tecinteractive,3).
