For the final field journal, identify and discuss one socio economic and environment injustice you have engaged in at the field agency. Include the following: • Why was the situation important to the client? • The role you played in assisting the client? • How did knowledge, values, and skills helped the client's situation? Did you feel like you needed to have been further knowledgeable and/or had more skillsets to work with the client with their situation? • How important does understanding rural challenges helped you to understand what client's need or how to advocate for the client's interest? • If the clients was residing in a urban environment, how would assisting the client differ? • Implication to social work practice. A brief paragraph on how you might inform (choose one) rural residents needs and promoting effective professional social workers that could help capitalize on the strengths, improve lives, maintain health families, and communities.
