I am writing with great pleasure to recommend Mrs. Claudia Rangel to your Masters of Social Work

program. I am currently the Director of Behavioral Health Services at Clinicas de Salud del Pueblo,

a Federally Qualified Health Center in rural Southern California.

Mrs. Claudia Rangel has been an employee with our FQHC since 2014 to present as a Case Manager

for HIV patients. She is an outstanding employee at Clinicas de Salud del Pueblo in all respects.

Mrs. Claudia Rangel has proven that through hard work, team work, she can accomplish tasks in a

courteous and timely manner. Her passion to work with our patients as a Case Manager is beyond

our expectations. What impressed me when I met Mrs. Rangel were her extracurricular activities

outside our FQHC. Mrs. Rangel is involved with the homeless shelters, LGBT community, C.A.S.A

volunteer, Burn Institute volunteer, and involved with our activities at the clinic.

I would like to summarize Mrs. Claudia Rangel as a promising student that is confident, and

intelligent. I believe she will further advance her understanding in the field of Social Work and gain
