Contabilidad Pty Ltd – An Analysis of Human Resource Management
Human resource management plays an important role in every company around the world and helps in understanding the effectiveness and performance of a business. “Effective HRM practices support business goals and objectives. This report has been produced to provide certain advice on how well Contabilidad Pty Ltd manage their employees identifying key issues on their human resource management stating some recommendations on how they could overcome these.
Contabilidad Pty Ltd is a worldwide group of professional companies providing services to other firms involved in different industries, government and charitable organisations. The services provided range from auditing, assurance, taxation and legal advisory and management consulting. The company has been progressing in providing its services suited to companies of all sizes around the world for more than 100 countries. The company has branches all over the world additionally operated with partner companies to provide immense advice to clients to solve challenges and cope up with innovations. The employees of Contabilidad Pty Ltd strive to provide their clients with excellent services with genuine and sustainable value to them.
After deeply analyzing and considering the company and its operations, the team has identified four issues concerning Contabilidad’s way of managing its employees. One of them is the individual differences involved when it comes to hiring employees from outside their usual environment where the organization is located. Especially in Australia, having immense number of immigrants from around the world, the human resource will be diverse and needs careful attention when hiring their staffs. The next issue is concerned with the level of motivation and engagement in different teams who work in various departments in Contabilidad Pty Ltd. This may differ in various aspects ranging from structure to incentive patterns. The third issue identified is related to decision making and conflicts that could arise in teamwork. Decision making mainly involves problems in leadership techniques. If decisions are not made appropriately, it could affect the client as an individual or their businesses which would bring them huge losses ultimately. The final issue identified is about organizational culture and change. Having had employees from all over the world with different culture boundaries, Contabilidad Pty Ltd should satisfy their employees by not practicing an action which is against any of their morale. By going against any of those culture would make the employees dissatisfied and may reduce the level of performance.
Lastly, the report sets out recommendations on how these issues could be addressed and overcome using models and theories relevant to the above issues and an overview of the overall report giving a gist of Contabilidad Pty Ltd’s human resource management practices.
