a distribution channel should be the means through which company gets its product to consumers. Channels need to direct or indirect and the latter should be more costly because it involves more intermediaries. Managing distribution channel will be challenging but making it more efficient can only happen by leading to a boost in profits and a drop in cost. The companies will make their distribution channels more effective and efficient only by making careful decisions on their channels and focus on the supply chain is the game changer and it helps consolidate channels.

A business owner or company may manage a distribution by focusing on the immediate or the most purchased goods and focus on that (Dent, 2018). A local dealer may be introduced if the customers opt for personalized service (Dent, 2018). A reseller program may also be used in the provision of that service to the customers. An ecommerce website may be created for customers who prefer purchasing products online (Dent, 2018). Selling your product to an online retailer to sell the products on your behalf to the clients is also an option to manage distribution channels. A sales team may also be created to enable the direct closing of deals with customers (Dent, 2018).

Recognizing the personal emotions and learn to manage it is one of the general skill that we have to have all the time. For some people who are good at noticing how they feel any try to calm down and adjust their behavior immediately. They may have good relationships and manage difficulties when they face the challenges. For some people who are not good on the emotion control they get less chances to learn.

I work with the marketing group in our company, our supervisor usually has a meeting with us after we get a bad sales performance because we are in charge of selling products. We usually have six coworkers to do a project. Our supervisor listens to our thoughts and gives us some suggestions. The most important thing is that he always encourages us to have a critical thinking. He is trying to lead us instead of doing the job for us.

Principles of data management is as necessary as every house or building needs a firm foundation. Every decision making procedure needs key principle on which learning outcomes are applied. There are some principles on which every management plan is based on; that provides good sense for making decision and qualitative influences.Every management needs some measures to avoid collecting or re processing data then they use basic principles for decision making.Without the ability to review and examine how data has been collected, verified, reported, and analyzed we cannot effectively troubleshoot areas of concern. Sound environmental data management includes documenting workflows and tracking anomalies. The documentation and tracking serves as “as-built” describing how the whole system actually works and providing key insights to improvements moving forward.A data management system is not simply a database, as oftentimes is assumed, rather it is the integration of software, hardware, workflows, and the culture that is created around data management in an organization.
