RFID is a process where radio waves are used to uniquely identify the items. It comprises of 3 elements i.e. a tag, a reader and an antenna where, the reader sends an interrogating signal to the tag via. antenna, and the tag responds with its unique information. The tags in RFID are either active or passive which means an active tag are powered and can transmit data whereas a passive tag must be powered by a separate device.

Near Field Communication (NFC) is a subset of RFID with some same properties as of RDIF including one-way communication without a direct line of sight; however, there are some major differences between the two. To begin with, NFC is actually capable of a two way communication which is used for more complex and secure interaction. Most of the mobile devices these days are NFC-enabled which means it can be used as a mobile reader device and do not require an external infrastructure for reading.

My Company is an LLC company, since it is a big company that often buys other companies, they have decided that LLC is the best choice as it gives them flexibility such as ownership flexibility and management flexibility. With an LLC, we also can avoid double taxation as members are taxed on profits at their personal tax levels. Our data is pretty secure as we have our own IT team and our own servers, there are no third parties involved as we are a very big company. We also have our own legal team in case we ever run into any issues.
