Cybersecurity Analyst:
The first open position is to serve as Cybersecurity Analyst. The job posting describes the salary range, job type, the summaries of duties and qualifications. The entire advertising focuses on required expertise, duties of the position, the minimum education degree, and the minimum years of work experience. Nothing about access privilege or sensitive information is presented on the webpage, thus I believe it does comply with the concerns about the job description in this chapter.
Information Security Analyst:
The second position is INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST. The main sections of the job posting are similar to the above one, including salary range, job type, the examples of duties. qualifications / requirements. Nevertheless, there is one part of Qualifications / Requirements that make this one distinct from the above one: SELECTION PROCESS. The post explicitly states that a background check and drug screen will be required for a candidate that passes the interview. The efficiency of the hiring process will be beneficial from this requirement because it could force candidates that are not reliable or have issues with drug abuse to give up on applying to the job. Hence, it also complies with the concerns in this chapter and is more comprehensive than the first one.
