Hello Professor & Class, 

Continued study and enrollment in a communication course are two things I will do in the next two years to improve my innovation capability. Being able to watch more analysis videos and delve further into the methods of creativity can be extremely beneficial. We can observe and learn from others, just like everything else. The more pod casts and videos we can watch, the better we'll be able to understand how to develop our creativity skills. I also believe that something involving communication is something with which I occasionally struggle. When it comes to creativity, being able to communicate more effectively can only benefit. In the field of innovation, being able to use collaboration to get a community of people to work together to drive greater developments is extremely useful. By breaking things down into several different ways of doing things, we will be able to learn more in the next two years in order to be more successful and improve stronger developmental skills. Attending seminars and courses may be beneficial. “The innovation workshop is very stimulating and engaging because it takes us through various skills and toolkits to explore the potential power of our minds and teaches us how to lead product innovation to commercial success (Naiman, 2019).”

For me in the next to years to further develop my innovation capabilities will be to always have a goal in mind and do not quit. By having both of these it means that i will imangine what success look like and run the marathon in order to get better(Asad,2020). Having innovation initiatives most of time seems to be far reaching and usually need whoever in at the top needs to be involve. By knowing and having a mind set that will over shadow any doubts that I may have will allow my innovation skill to reach further heights. There will be many challenges on this journey but I will never quit and be sure to always write my goals down.

Hello Class,

There are many things I can probably do in the next two years to develop my innovation. I believe that people who were most likely to be innovative were those who were not satisfied with good performance but were relentlessly looking for ways to raise the bar. One thing I would like to do is not settling for just good enough but going for it all. Another way is a willingness to change or adapt to change. This willingness to change is often driven by a fear a fear that you will not succeed and fall face first. I think if you want to be innovative you must take chances at the right time. According to Tanner (2020), increasing one's innovation capability is the proper framework for achieving innovation goals.

3. Using innovation to compete with other businesses in the industry is beneficial.

4. Since management activities are concerned with the management of capital, finances, operations, technology, and procedures, the company must ensure that it is keeping up with the current market developments in order to stay competitive and ensure long-term viability.

Hello Professor Kalishman and class,

When an idea is transformed into a product that is both cost-effective and addresses a particular problem, it is called innovation. When it comes to the success of companies, as well as their failures, creativity is a critical component of both success and failure. It has been shown throughout history that creativity is a critical component of the United States' economic competitiveness (Baily, 2011). When a company encourages its workers to be innovative and creative, it will help the company grow. Companies like Amazon, Google, and Comcast are three organizations that have used innovation architecture successfully. Not only for companies like these three but for any company that wants to succeed, innovation is important. Companies will remain stagnant in their company if they do not innovate, which will be extremely detrimental to them.
