Gregory, Katie, Nkiru Nnawulezi, and Cris M. Sullivan. "Understanding how domestic violence shelter rules may influence survivor empowerment." Journal of interpersonal violence 36.1-2 (2021): NP402-NP423.

Based on the article, the understanding of the manner in which domestic violence shelter rules may influence survivor empowerment should be effective facilitated. However, the government should introduce laws which criminalize the cases of domestic violence for the purposes of ensuring that the empowerment of the members of the public is carried out accordingly. The rules used to shelter the cases of domestic violence should again be understood as that will ensure that the survivors are empowered in the best way possible hence contributing to the growth and the development of their country. When the survivors are empowered, they get motivated to carry out different tasks which lead to the improvement of their standards of living.

Morales, Stephanie. Helping Children Understand and Manage The Effects of Domestic Violence: Healers, A Psychoeducational Group. Diss. California State University, Northridge, 2020.

There are different ways which can be used in helping children in understanding and managing the effects of domestic violence. Such ways should be utilized accordingly for the purposes of ensuring that the growth and the development of the young people are effective. According to the article, the children experiencing domestic violence should be subjected to guidance and counseling as that will give them knowledge and skills on how to handle the issue. The guidance and counseling will change the perspectives of the young people therefore enabling them to take the issue positively and focusing in achieving their goals and objectives. When the children are encouraged to understand and manage the effects of domestic violence, I becomes easy for them to carry out their learning processes accordingly hence growing into responsible members of the public.
