Using what you learnt from developing a growth mindset, you will apply aspects of emotional intelligence to specific soft skills in the workplace setting. In doing so, you will develop the dispositional attributes of your professional persona that will enable you to achieve success in the workplace.

· Self-motivation

4. Describe the ways in which your BA Psychology program experience has helped you to develop  aspects of self-regulation that will enable you to adaptively manage change and thrive in a rapidly changing world.

5. Describe how dispositional attributes related to  social awareness influence the development of a professional mindset. Specifically include the following dispositional attributes:

· Conflict resolution

· Teamwork

· Multicultural sensitivity

· Leadership
