Pay special attention to John Dominic Crossan's comments. (Crossan is a Professor Emeritus at DePaul); Elaine Pagels' commentary. (Pagels is a Professor at Princeton University); and Karen Jo Torjesen's commentary (Torjesen is Professor at the Claremont Graduate Union). 

Write a 1-2 page description of the main point of either Crossan's, Pagel's or Torjesen's commentary.
