Working at nights as an auditor in hotels is a duty that is quite often disregarded. It will not be uncommon to find a person who is the auditor at night handling rather mundane tasks at the bar, such as operating as a third shift desk clerk in addition to confirming balances, which is the auditor’s primary task (Donohoe, 2018).

It is important to gauge, therefore the amount of work that a night auditor should have to handle. To get know this, questionnaires are issued to practicing night auditors to know what they feel should be the extent of time and labor that they should offer in their work rather than being a Jack of all trades (Simpson, 2017).

Night auditors ought to have resilience and ability to work on different tasks at once (DeFond & Li, 2000). It therefore demands us to check what hardworking skills and ability to handle what is arguably hard work. Questionnaires will be used too in this endeavor (Payscale, 2018).

What is key in this conceptual framework is its ability to solicit information from people who have experienced working as night auditors. It identifies what they feel about it, and tries to get to know what keeps them going (Murray, 2018).

Due to its simplicity, ability to deal with the problem outwardly as well as its straight-forwardness, this conceptual framework is bound to bear fruits just as it is designed to.
