While most health service managers u9se eclectic approaches to exercise leadership, select a leadership theory that aligns with your personal ideology and explain it using an example to illustrate how you have made a major decision based on this approach.

Authentic Leadership

I want U to explain that one(Authentic Leadership )

My story . I want U to rewriting it in a better way (your hand writing ) and add it to the assignment

I consider this type of leadership close to me, as there are several qualities and specifications that I saw that are closest to this situation that happened to me personally, despite the similarity of many theories to each other, but I think that the original theory is the closest .. At the beginning of my practical life I hired as a nursing technician I was very enthusiastic and passionate about my profession The new one to get to know her and the hospital in which I was hired. I want to gain experience in all critical departments and admission and in the operating room. I have no objection at the time to work within 9 and a half hours continuously without rest, fatigue or boredom, because of my passion and ambition to learn all the skills that I have. I needed it to become distinguished by my work and I was directed to work in the department of neonatal care. It was a very critical department and it needed scientific and practical experiences to deal with critical birth situations, especially since I at that time had nothing but my scientific experience that I gained during my university studies, but I had never dealt with patients born at the time, surprises with a management decision. Nursing has to work in the care of newborns, but in the meantime I found a frustrated nursing administration that works without a goal or clear planning for nursing that does not have any clear mechanism to deal with the newly assigned nursing as there is no program A: My definition of Sawa nursing on paper and she has no credibility in the evaluation and there is no prior planning for directing the nursing. She was already frustrating for the nursing staff and a dictatorship that was difficult to deal with. She was dealing with the technical staff as a game that directed them without prior planning or awareness of the potential risks that caused a lot of harassment for nursing. Some resigned and others were transferred from the hospital in which we work, so it happened one time that we hired a new nurse who had no experience in the neonatal care department and she was directed to work alone. There was a case of a serious child who was premature and full-grown and had an infection and was under a ventilator She gave her an antidote as directed by the doctor, but the nurse made a mistake in calculating the dose, which led to severe burning in the hand and swelling in the hand of the newborn, despite the poor health condition worsened after this mistake, it caused him inflammation and a rise in temperature, and it needed surgical intervention, so his health doubled and moved and died affected by the condition of this child A lot, especially after what I saw about his relapse in his condition and after the psychological trauma that her parents passed through and heard some of the similar stories of a number of newly appointed nurses in the hospital doing work Some professional errors with patients differ in their level of severity from one case to another. Hassan was assigned as a nurse supervisor at the health centers, I was very keen to have an integrated induction program for newly appointed nursing and evaluated before and after the program for the nurses, and I took great care to have periodic training courses Continuing to nurse the old or the new with all the skills and experiences they need, and thanks to God, I was able to obtain highly qualified nursing, as a number of them were honored as distinguished nurses from the health affairs in Aseer and also honored as the best leading nurse and as a distinguished nurse for two years
