Description of the task

Reflecting on your completed project, select one pivotal, positive event and one challenge or obstacle to discuss, reflecting on the lessons can be taken with

you into future projects. Consider how you could replicate these successes in future projects, or how you might avoid these roadblocks in future team

projects.

When reflecting, you should consider the wider context of these events rather than the specifics of a single event.

An example of this might be challenges throughout your project with a team member responding to text messages because they have

run out of phone credit. Consider this as a symptom of the larger issue of team communication, and discuss what can you have learned

about the larger issue that you can take forward to future projects. Your insight might be to establish agreed upon communication

protocols from the outset of the project.

What needs to be covered in the assessment?

 Briefly recap the project’s core objectives, and outline your teams goals established at the project kickoff as well as the outcome of the project

(whether or not the team met the targets for success).

 Reflect on a critical positive and negative incident within the project . This section should take up the bulk of your reflection. Connect the critical

incidents back to the project’s outcome.

 Form insights that are applicable to future projects. Focus on developing actionable takeaways from your teamwork experience. Insights should

align with industry practices and be backed up in literature.
