labour management system
Purpose: To analyze and apply Labor Relations concepts related to bargaining issues.
Project:
1. Choose one bargaining issue from Chapter 9 (Wage and Benefits Issues).
2. Create a PowerPoint presentation outlining both labor and management viewpoints on the issue, as well as two possible solutions/outcomes for the issue. (see rubric).
Slides can be formatted in bullet points or short paragraphs, and should be free of spelling, grammar and typing errors. Graphics or templates may be used, but the overall look should be professional and cohesive. You may use an additional slide per topic if you feel you need more space, but you must keep the order listed below and clearly label each slide by topic/content. Please include a final slide including citations of any outside material used (It may help to search for internet resources discussing bargaining or past cases in the news to use as a guideline.)
