· Please make sure you explain to the key stakeholder that you will be implementing a change in practice based on existing evidence and will not be conducting any new research.

· Explain to the key stakeholder decision-maker that your DNP practicum project must be based on a need of the practicum site.

· Please know that you will need a letter of support for your project from the practicum site in a further class. Your DNP mentor will provide you with a template when the time comes.

· This assignment also seeks to improve communication by creating a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders in the practicum site by helping you determine a topic that needs attention and could eventually become your DNP practicum project.
