Hello, I would first commend you for offering an insightful discussion of legality and ethics. In addition to the ethics and emphasizing the behaviors deemed normal and proper, it also plays a crucial role in enabling people to act by refraining from the evil and promoting the good behaviors. I agree with your argument that the Healthcare industry emphasizes both legality and ethical considerations, as you have further provided the various elements of lawfulness. In addition to being beneficial in enabling individuals to comprehend what they are permitted or not permitted to do, government regulations also enable us to live ethically and morally as they are primarily focused on the common good for all (Prince, 2020).  You did an excellent discussion of the online information broker, including that their operations are unethical as they do not have the owners' consent to use the information.

Hi. I agree with you that ethics refer to the behavior of individuals and their currencies to choose what is right and the best making the correct choice of action. In addition, the individuals communicate with the clients their superiors and others ethics is primarily tied to the intentions that drive our actions. You have also offered an excellent discussion of legality which is primarily acting as the law requires and is critical in guiding the health care decisions as the Healthcare service providers will be held accountable for any actions that are not legal.  You provided an excellent discussion of the various consequences associated with the violation of the ethics and legality and further provided an example of the Heaps who was involved sexual misconduct involving two patients (Lütge & Uhl, 2021). The case was investigated and alpha mall practices including inappropriate billing were determined and required the Healthcare organization and the involved individuals who fail more than 3.5 billion dollars as a penalty.
