compose a 3–4-page paper that both describes and explains your self-assessment. In other words, if you feel that you meet a certain disposition, you should describe what this disposition means to you as both a student and future teacher. During your reflection consider the biases, ideas, and other information you “bring to the table”. In detail, explain why you think this is an essential disposition based upon your experiences, and support your ideas and personal assessment with evidence. Your paper should have a clear introduction that includes what the dispositions “are” and their importance when considering teaching/learning, and the importance of critical reflection, and, in the body of the essay, these ideas should be expanded.
