· Each reflection and response must be individually labeled and separated.  Reflection questions must be kept as  stated below.  Student must use any color ink for the question, followed by the answer in blue or black ink, or vice versa. Each answer must have a minimum of 6 sentences.     

· Student's first and last name must be typed before each individual post, and before each response to a minimum of 2 classmates.  Student must address by first and last name the student who is interacting with.

· Student must review, compare, and contrast their own responses with the responses from their classmates.

· Student will address how different or similar their responses are and what they individually took away from this interaction. 

·  Feedback must be given to a minimum of (2) two different students.  Each response to classmates must have a minimum of 5 sentences.

· 2. Complete (reflection/assessment) 3.5-p.68, 3.8-p.74, 3.13-p.8878  

·  – Following the scoring of these 3 assessments, go to page 93 to (3.3 Self-Assessment of Learning Habits) and complete exercise, and answer the 4 questions.  Questions are based on the 3 assessments.

· 3.  Do you think writing notes in class helps or hinders your ability to pay attention to and learn from your instructors’ lectures? Why?

· 4. When you enter the classroom, where do you usually sit? Why do you sit there? Is it a conscious choice or more like an automatic habit?  Do you think that the seat you usually choose places you in the best possible position for listening and learning in the classroom?

· 5. Do you tend to stick around a few minutes after class ends to review your notes and clear up missing information or confusing points?  

· 6. When you open a textbook to read a chapter, how do you start the reading process? What's the first thing you do?

· 7. Do you use the nursing module objectives, PowerPoint outlines as a reading strategy?  Elaborate your response.

· 8. Are you more likely to study in advance of exams or cram 2-3 days before exams?  How do you think most students would answer this question?

· 9. What was your biggest  'takeaway'  from this chapter? Why? Elaborate response.
