The April 19, 1995, Oklahoma City Bombing was America’s first introduction to a major terrorist attack perpetrated by an American citizen. This led to a major debate in the U.S. over the role of the FBI and other federal agencies in domestic surveillance and monitoring of persons in the U.S.
1. Do you feel that the U.S. government is doing enough – or too much - to protect its citizens from another attack by a domestic terrorist with regard to surveillance (e-mail, phone, etc.) of persons living in the United States?
