How can a leader effectively lead in a context in which there is a diversity of worldviews represented?  More specifically, how can a Christian leader effectively lead in a context where followers may or may not share the leader's worldview and values?  How might the "Moral Compass" as explained by Thompson (2004) serve as a tool for Christian leaders?
