For your selected Fortune 500 company, analyze selected aspects of key resource elements of the Business Model Canvas to assess the operational performance of that company.

As with Units 2 through 7, please begin by deconstructing the assigned readings for the case study application, evaluating many of the same types of reports you used in Unit 7, but now taking an operational perspective.

The critical parts of the Business Model Canvas you now assess for your chosen Fortune 500 (USE AT&T) company include:

· Key Activities.

. What are the critical activities: the strategic processes the company executes? For example, Apple, Inc. always does product and software design in house.

· Key Partners.

. Who are the company's key suppliers and partners? For example, how important are GE, IBM, Deloitte, Accenture, and SAP to Apple, Inc. in making products and providing services?

. What is needed from them?

. What key activities do they perform?

· Operational Metrics.

. How does your selected company measure success?

Use APA headings to format your initial discussion post. Use the APA Module, linked in Resources, to guide your formatting. Use the following list to develop your post and include the information you gather under its corresponding headings:

· Introduction: Tell the reader the purpose of the post and what will be covered.

· Article Deconstruction: Evaluate each article using the MEA model: Main points/claims; Evidence (data); and Analysis (Are the claims supported by the evidence?).

· Case Study Application: Demonstrate an application in your selected case study of some elements from the key activities, partners, and operational metrics.

· Conclusion: Identify the key takeaways.
