Data visualization is getting to understand data when presented in a visual context. It involves creation and study of visual representation of data.  It may so be described simply as the graphical o representation of data using charts, maps, dials etc. by use of data visualization software (Miller, 2017).

Geographical information systems are computer utilities that help in analyzing, storage, manipulation and analysis of geographic information usually in a map.

This tools are very important and can be utilized to pass information from this department (IT) to the rest.

To start with data visualization, the use of pictures makes information easier to understand. For example we may come up with the picture or precise plan of our new product other than we having to explain which may be hard to be understood

There are many data visualization tools that enhance this. First we have Tableau which helps to create charts, graphs and maps at the same time generating online reports. This saves the monotonous nature of words in explaining information (Miller, 2017).
